Ms. Ferko-Adams is nationally recognized as a pioneer in worksite wellness, Denice has presented regionally and nationally for health professionals on how to create, design, and implement wellness programs, as well as on food and nutrition topics. Denice is a leader in the American Dietetic Association serving at local, state and national levels. In 2009 Denice received the lifetime achievement award, “ADA Excellence in Practice for Consultation and Business”.
